Upload Excel or CSV. ASN+ suggests how columns and product references match ASN fields and your customer's order. Review, correct, and the mapping is saved for next time. Product codes keep their leading zeros.
Prepare pallet contents
Imported lines fill the shipment. Where your document doesn't say what is on each pallet, you assign it — ASN+ never invents pallet contents.
Ready-to-print labels
We prepare the labels. You print and apply them. Individual or batch PDF printing from the confirmed shipment data.
Optional upload of existing labels
Already print your own pallet labels? Upload them as PDF or image and link them to pallets. They're accepted only when the identifier matches the pallet record.
Document reading and mapping suggestions always end in your review — you can correct every value or enter data manually. ASN+ does not replace required transport or tax documentation.

Set your supplier requirements, monitor delivery quality and reward accurate shipment preparation. ASN+ calculates optional supplier incentives and prepares a detailed settlement report. You pay suppliers directly, outside the platform.
Configure optional supplier incentives
Turn incentives on when you want them. Set a default amount per eligible pallet, override it per supplier, and define the requirements — ASN before arrival, complete pallet data, readable label. Off by default.
Monitor supplier performance
A scorecard per supplier: ASN timing, data completeness, label readability, declared vs. received goods and recorded discrepancies — with the number of assessed deliveries and the reporting period.
Set inspection requirements
Require physical quality control for selected suppliers or product categories. Receivers see the requirement and record the result before completing acceptance. Grades never switch required checks off.
Export supplier compensation reports
Filter by period and supplier. Supplier summary and pallet-level detail with eligible and excluded pallets, reasons, rates and adjustments — exported to Excel or CSV.
Supplier incentives are set and paid by your company. They are separate from ASN+ subscription and usage charges — ASN+ and GET do not collect, hold or transfer these funds.
